Sponsorship Opportunities - $2,500 each *
Registration Desk:
Provides logo banners displayed prominently over area where all attendees register upon entering
event and pay for all winning auction items.
Live Auction:
Provides repeated announcements prior to the Live Auction and prior to each Live Auction item.
Silent Auction:
Provides logo posters throughout the Silent Auction area and repeated announcements throughout the evening.
Sponsorship Opportunities - $1,000 each *
Grand Ballroom Balcony:
A four foot banner with your logo and business will be hung from one of the balconies overlooking the Grand Ballroom.
Paul Windsor Band:
Provides logo posters displayed prominently by the band and announcements during their performance.
Best of Live Raffle:
Provides logo on the back of the raffle ticket and announcements prior to the raffle drawing. If present, the sponsor will choose the winning ticket.
Balloon Raffle:
Provides logo on the balloons which will be used in the Balloon Raffle as well as announcements during the event.
Bid Paddles:
Provides logo on the back side of the paddles that will be given to each attendee and used for bidding during the Live Auction.
Tiki Bar :
Provides logo and banner on one of 4 Tiki Bars in room.
Sponsorship Opportunity - $100 for five tables *
Table Billboards:
Provides logo on “billboard” centerpieces placed at each attendees table. A $100 donation will provide logo on five random tables. There will only be two sponsors per table (one per side).
