Wine for a Worthy Cause

Donate a Bottle of Wine to Bella Bacinos / H Foundation Community Wine Cellar! 

The 14th Annual Goombay Bash will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 and the “Community Wine Cellar” will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. All proceeds benefit basic science cancer research at the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University.  

Here’s How it Works: 

• Purchase a bottle of wine at Bella Bacinos restaurant, and they will deliver the contributions to the auction. 
• Or drop off one or more bottles of wine at Hortons Home Lighting (60 S. LaGrange Road, LaGrange). 
• Please download, print and the fill out a Community Wine Cellar card with a message about why cancer is personal or why that bottle of wine is special. 
• A sommelier will review the collection, provide guidance, and give advice about wine pairings and storage. 
• The final package will include a complete cellar stock, wine storage, and dinner for 10 at Bella Bacinos with proprietor and wine director, Dan Bacin.
