Jim Peterik is the founder of the iconic rock band Survivor and co-writer of the global anthem "Eye of the Tiger". We are forever grateful that Jim is also a longtime advocate and supporter of The H Foundation and the Goombay Bash.
We created the Eye of the Tiger Award in 2024, celebrating an individual who, through his or her courageous battle with cancer, epitomizes the fighting spirit at the heart of the song. The award is presented to our honoree at the Goombay Bash.
